2 Who Can Use Steadyline

• · You must be at least 13 years old to use Steadyline.
• · By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
• · You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3 Subscriptions & Payments

• · Steadyline Pro is available as auto-renewing monthly and annual subscriptions through the App Store on iOS and Google Play on Android.
• · The subscription title, length, price, trial availability, and renewal terms are shown in the app purchase flow before purchase.
• · Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• · Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• · Your account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, according to the price and plan shown by the App Store or Google Play.
• · You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store Settings > Subscriptions or in your Google Play account settings.
• · Deleting the app or deleting a Steadyline account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription.
• · Refunds are handled according to App Store and Google Play refund policies.
• · We may change subscription prices with platform-required notice where applicable.

4 Free, Guest, Account, And Demo Access

• · Steadyline includes local app features that may be used without creating an account.
• · Account sign-in may be required for account-owned features such as cloud sync, restore purchases, subscription ownership, and real report export or sharing.
• · Demo Mode, when available, uses synthetic sample data to preview app functionality and is not a real user account, medical record, or subscription entitlement.

5 Your Content

• · You own your data. Steadyline does not claim ownership of anything you log.
• · You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the App's features.
• · You can export or delete your data at any time from within the App.

6 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• · Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• · Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code.
• · Use the App to harm, harass, or deceive others.
• · Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.

7 Privacy

Steadyline's Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, third-party services we rely on, and your privacy choices. The Privacy Policy is available at https://steadyline.app/privacy.

8 Disclaimer of Warranties

Steadyline is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use the App at your own risk.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadyline and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or health-related decisions made based on information within the App.

10 Termination

You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is the Terms of Use page shown here. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
