By downloading or using Steadyline ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, don't use the App.

1 Not Medical Advice

Steadyline is a personal tracking and journaling tool. It is not a medical device, clinical service, or substitute for professional psychiatric or psychological care. Nothing in the App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

2 Who Can Use Steadyline

· You must be at least 13 years old to use Steadyline.
· By using the App, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.
· You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3 Subscriptions & Payments

· Steadyline Pro is available as a monthly or annual subscription via Google Play.
· Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
· You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play account settings.
· Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy.
· We may change subscription prices with reasonable notice.

4 Your Content

· You own your data. Steadyline does not claim ownership of anything you log.
· You grant us a limited licence to store and process your data solely to provide the App's features.
· You can export or delete your data at any time from within the App.

5 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

· Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
· Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code.
· Use the App to harm, harass, or deceive others.
· Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.

6 Disclaimer of Warranties

Steadyline is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Use the App at your own risk.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Steadyline and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or health-related decisions made based on information within the App.

8 Termination

You can stop using the App at any time and delete your account from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

9 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at steadyline.app/terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
