Steadyline gives you full control over your data. You can delete your local data, your cloud data, or your entire account — all from within the app. No hoops, no hidden steps.
1 Delete Local Data Only
This removes all mood logs, notes, and settings stored on your device. Your cloud account (if any) is not affected.
Steps
- Open Steadyline on your Android device.
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar).
- Scroll to Data & Privacy.
- Tap Delete All My Data.
- Confirm by tapping Delete in the dialog.
This action is immediate and irreversible. Deleted local data cannot be recovered.
2 Delete Account & Cloud Data
This permanently deletes your Steadyline account and all data stored in the cloud (synced logs, profile, preferences).
Steps
- Open Steadyline on your Android device.
- Go to Settings (bottom navigation bar).
- Scroll to Account.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete My Account in the dialog.
This action is irreversible. All cloud-synced data, your account, and any active subscriptions will be terminated.

Medication names, schedules, and logs
AI Chat History
All conversations with the AI assistant
Sync Data
All cloud-stored copies of your data
Account & Profile
Email, preferences, and authentication
4 Deletion Timeline
- · Local data: Deleted immediately upon confirmation.
- · Cloud data: Deleted within 24 hours of account deletion.
- · Backups: Purged from all backup systems within 30 days.
- · Subscription: Cancelled automatically. No further charges will occur.
5 Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion manually, email us:
Include the email address associated with your Steadyline account. We will process your request within 48 hours and confirm deletion via email.
